The April 28-29, 2017 History Conference is located at the Holiday Inn Sioux Falls City Centre in Sioux Falls, SD, and themed “Laura Ingalls Wilder: A 150 Year legacy.”
Each history conference attracts around 150 attendees, with an anticipated increase in attendance for 2017 due to the overwhelming interest in Laura Ingalls Wilder’s life and writings.
We are maximizing traffic to your table with dedicated breaks in programing as well as locating the vendor area next to the session room and conference hotel lobby. As a vendor, your organization will be featured on a list included in the conference packet and online.
The cost for one, 4’x6’ vendor table is $75; vendors may purchase a second table for $50.
Vendor move-in is 5:30pm-7:00pm on Thursday, 27 April 2017 and takedown is 3:45pm-4:30pm on Saturday, 28 April 2017.
The vendor area will be open throughout the entire conference with designated half-hour breaks in the mornings and Friday afternoon.
Please note that the vendor submission deadline is 01 February 2017, if you want to be included in the conference program—vendors who wish to attend the conference sessions or events must also complete the separate conference registration form.
