Online Records Training and Resources

As government employees, we are legally and ethically obligated to create and maintain accurate and reliable records that document the activities of our agency. These records are essential in maintaining government transparency and accountability. Well-managed records also make good archival resources for future historians and researchers!

Here are some online tutorials and training videos that Archives staff have created to help you manage your records more effectively. If there are topics you would like to see us cover, or if you would like to request in-person assistance or training, please contact Sara Casper (605-773-3780).
